Return & Refund Policy – Arys Parfums
At Arys Parfums, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. We understand that fragrance is deeply personal, and sometimes a scent may not be quite what you expected. For this reason, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy, subject to quality and authenticity checks.
1. Return, Refund & Exchange Request Window
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for consideration, as perfumes are sensitive products and must meet strict quality standards.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The perfume bottle is intact and undamaged.

The fragrance has been lightly tested only, with no more than 5ml used.

The product is returned in its original packaging, including all boxes.
Perfume bottles that show signs of excessive use, damage, or usage beyond 5ml are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the request is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Inspection & Verification Process
All returned items undergo a verification and inspection phase to ensure:

The product is the same item originally shipped by Arys Parfums.

The bottle condition and usage comply with our return policy.
Only after successful inspection will a return, refund, or exchange be approved.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to your preferred method if the former is unavailable.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Perfumes used beyond the allowed testing limit (over 5ml).

Sample vials, testers, or promotional items.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
